Cryptogenomicon is a blog for the Eddy/Rivas lab and the HMMER project at HHMI Janelia Farm.
We’ll see where it goes, but for now, it’s about the research tools we develop in the lab for biological sequence analysis — most notably, HMMER and Infernal. Sean Eddy is the most frequent poster, and Rob Finn (head of the HMMER web project at Janelia) also posts.
